Traditional Jewish toasts and blessings. L'chaim means 'To life,' Mazel tov means 'Good fortune,' and 'Next year in Jerusalem' is a phrase from the Passover Seder liturgy. Niles strings them all together in an overly enthusiastic attempt to appear Jewish.
